It’s been almost one week since we purchased our first hot tub from Chris and Pene. I can’t believe it took us this long to get one ! Chris was very helpful in the process and explained everything to us about all the different models and how they worked. In less then an hour in his store we were proud new owners of one. From start to end was seamless and easy setup took just a few hours and it was ready to roll. I really wish that all stores treated there customers like Chris does warm and inviting no pressure and ready to answer any questions you have. We will definitely be doing all our future business with him. Thanks Chris and Pene !!

We were looking for a swim spa and stopped in at Time Machine Hot Tubs in Longview. Chris and Pene were very friendly and knowledgeable about the benefits of Bullfrog swim spas and all accessories. Within a couple of days we ended up purchasing a Bullfrog Swim Spa. The delivery was seamless. Jarrod and his crew did an excellent job installing the swim spa, getting everything up and running and explaining the operation of the swim spa. Their customer service is second to none.
